Day 8
Logged 1197.4 nautical miles

Winds are E at 8 kts

Sailed all day until night fall with storm jib poled out and genoa wing on wing. Had a good day. The boys caught two dorado fish - let one go and they ate the other.

George found it to be gamier then the dorado in the MED. Not the best dinner but manage to eat all of our little fish. I had rice as I am just not into eating a fresh kill. Night sail was very rolly due to the light winds. This morning we stored away the storm jib and are sailing with genoa only heading south. Squalls around us but none managed to hit albiet we would like the rain to clean the salt off the boat.

Not able to connect with the SSB net and seas still too rough to go have a look at the antenna. Crew is well - Parker was sick on account of all of the rolliness.

Today is the anniversary of Baby Oscar leaving us. We still miss him so.
